Wise Equation Solutions Inc has openings for the positions CRM Business Analyst with Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Technology, Management. or related & 1 yr of experience in building Flows, Workflow and Process Builds, sales maps, and other processes as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, processes & requirements. Analyze business processes, systems, & data to identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze & interpret data to provide insights and support decision-making. Prepare and deliver presentations to convey findings, recommendations, and project status. Develop test cases and participate in test activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement & efficiency gains. Provide training & support to end-users during and after the implement of new systems or processes. Provide recommendations for Sales Operations improvement by performing a gap analysis on client relationship management (CRM) data & document findings.
