- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and project teams to gather and validate business and technical requirements, recommending appropriate technical solutions.
- Perform data mapping and transformation activities for client implementations, ensuring accurate integration of healthcare data across payer and provider systems.
- Perform data profiling, validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes to identify anomalies and maintain high data quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Design and implement advanced SQL logic to support analytics, reporting, and critical business processes.
- Utilize Azure services (Data Lake, Storage, Synapse) and ECG Cockpit to retrieve, process, and validate structured files for downstream use.
- Document data flows, validation processes, technical specifications, and production support activities in accordance with organizational standards.
- Work in Agile development environments, actively participating in sprints and collaborating with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity across production environments by investigating and resolving data-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve data-related issues in production (PROD) environments, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Utilize expert-level knowledge of healthcare data relevant to both payers(PREPAY and POSTPAY) and providers, including PRS components, claims, membership, Division, provider, and enrollment datasets, to answer business questions, resolve defects, and support decision-making.
Minimum Education Requirement:- This position requires, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
