- Design and implement enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environments, by focusing on secure collaboration and productivity across global teams.
- Create a comprehensive and well-informed strategy for Microsoft M365, Power Platforms, and Azure to align with organizational goals and drive digital transformation at Tx DOT.
- Administer the Power Platform environment, managing policies, users, capacity, and licensing while ensuring a secure and compliant infrastructure.
- Develop and deploy automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to streamline administration tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Architect and implement security features within Microsoft 365, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Conditional Access Policies.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business to ensure seamless collaboration and data sharing.
- Implement Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for comprehensive mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
- Optimize Azure Active Directory configuration for seamless identity and access management, and implement Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for enhanced role control.
- Collaborate with security teams to enhance Microsoft 365 Defender, securing email, identities, and devices through advanced threat protection measures.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on Microsoft 365 best practices and security features for IT staff and business units and maintain comprehensive documentation for M365 services.
- Provide Tier 3 support for escalated Microsoft 365 issues, lead resolution efforts for critical incidents, and ensure minimal service disruption.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements related to the Power Platform.
Minimum Education Requirement:- This position requires, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems information technology, a closely related field, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
