- Perform data mapping activities for new client implementations, ensuring accurate translation of data across healthcare systems.
- Gather and validate business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, analysts, and project teams.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes to ensure high data quality and consistency for downstream systems against business rules and expected results to support quality assurance and compliance.
- Maintain documentation for data flows, validation processes, and production support resolutions in accordance with internal standards.
- Design and implement data transformation logic using advanced SQL techniques to support analytics, reporting, and business processes.
- Work in Agile development environments, actively participating in sprints and collaborating with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Utilize expert-level knowledge of healthcare data relevant to both payers(PREPAY and POSTPAY) and providers, including PRS components, claims, membership, Division, provider, and enrollment datasets, to answer business questions, resolve defects, and support decision-making.
- Retrieve and validate structured files from ECG Cockpit using Azure services, ensuring timely availability for analysis and reporting.
- Work within the Azure ecosystem, leveraging tools like Azure Data Lake, Azure Storage, and Azure Synapse for data access and processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve data-related issues in production (PROD) environments, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Minimum Education Requirement:- This position requires, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
